Welcome to GMS Water Bottles. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from GMS Water Bottles.
By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. About GMS Water Bottles
GMS Water Bottles provides water bottles, reusable water jugs, and related products to customers in the United States.

Product prices are displayed on our website in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated.
Prices may change from time to time. Any price change will not ordinarily affect an order that has already been successfully completed and confirmed, except where correction is required for an obvious error and permitted by applicable law.

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.
7. Payment
We currently accept payments through PayPal.
By submitting an order using PayPal, you authorize the applicable payment transaction for the total amount shown during checkout.
PayPal transactions are also subject to PayPal's applicable terms, policies, and privacy practices.
We do not guarantee that every payment attempt will be approved. Payments may be declined or reviewed by PayPal or the customer's funding institution.
8. Shipping
We currently provide free standard shipping on eligible orders within the 48 contiguous United States.
Our standard estimated timeframes are:
Order Processing: 1–2 business days
Shipping/Transit: 5–8 business days
Estimated Total: Approximately 6–10 business days
Business days generally exclude weekends and applicable U.S. holidays.
Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause delays.

9. Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we do not ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- U.S. territories
- APO/FPO addresses
- P.O. Boxes
- International destinations
Shipping availability may be changed or expanded in the future.
10. Tracking and Delivery
When tracking information becomes available, it may be provided through the email address associated with your order.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If tracking indicates that an order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check the delivery area and contact the applicable carrier where appropriate before contacting our customer support team.
We will assist with eligible delivery issues where reasonably possible.
11. Returns
We offer a 30-day return period for eligible products.
To qualify for a standard return, products generally must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition and packaging where applicable.
Customers should contact us before returning a product.
For buyer's-remorse or change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for applicable return shipping costs.

12. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us and provide your order information and appropriate photographs of the product and packaging where requested.
After reviewing the issue, we may provide an appropriate remedy, such as an eligible replacement or refund.
For an approved return resulting from an error attributable to us or an eligible damaged or defective product, GMS Water Bottles will cover the applicable return shipping cost.
13. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used through PayPal.
We generally initiate an approved refund within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting an eligible returned product.
PayPal or your financial institution may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.
14. Order Cancellations and Changes
If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact us as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests made before an order enters fulfillment or shipping.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may be unable to cancel or modify it. An eligible product may instead be returned according to our Return and Refund Policy.
